There will be a 5k run through Vintage Township to help raise money for those going on a mission trip with Church on the Rock. People going on the mission trip are responsible for securing sponsors to assist them in raising money for their trip. This marathon will give each team member a chance to get their sponsor running toward their mission and financial goal. There will also be a one-mile run or walk for those who want to participate in a shorter distance marathon. Lubbock community and Vintage residents are invited to participate in the run Miles for Mission Marathon. Those participating who are not sponsoring an individual are welcome to join and make a donation to Church on the Rock for the Pursue Missions International program.
